There are four churches in the parish and regular Sunday services have been held in each one to the middle of March after which time virtual services have been held.
During the year there have been Baptisms 10, Marriages 4 and Funerals 90
The Parochial Church Council is a corporate body established by the Church of England. The P.C.C. operates under the Parochial Church Council (Powers) Measures Act of 1956 and is a charity excepted from registration with the Charity Commission. The appointment of P.C.C. members is governed by and set in the Church Representation Rules. The Parochial Church Council (PCC) has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church: - pastoral, evangelical, social and ecumenical. The Standing Committee met 3 times in the first quarter
and then combined with the PCC holding virtual meetings monthly except August & December and although each church has its own subcommittee, meetings were suspended during the pandemic.
The accounts have been prepared on “Receipts & Payments” basis and all voluntary income that was due by 31[st] December 2021 has been included as has Fees and other income and this money is held at HSBC UK LTD DEAL in a single Revenue Account. This branch closed in September 2021 and the accounts were transferred to the Dover branch.
There are also 9 deposit accounts {Capital accounts} held in the parish name by the Church of England Central Board of Finance.
There are 3 charities connected to the parish in that the trustees for all three are the Rector and Wardens of the parish but the P.C.C. is not involved in the administration of these charities.

The St Leonard's Parish Room & Sunday School Charity was established in July 1926 and the Mary Olivia Saffery Turner Charity in September 1984 and the two are now administered as one entity.
There are also 2 friends’ groups, Friends of St Leonard's and Friends of Gt Mongeham St Martin's Church.
