**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF COACHING AND FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR ARTISTIC AND RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS.

**Activities:** We offer a range of gymnastic activities for children of all ages and abilities. We employ a number qualified coaches to deliver our classes along side volunteers.  The club administration and management team are all volunteers.  We currently deliver all our classes in our own gym in Cardiff.
