**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF DIABETES SUFFERERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN ST LUCIA AND THE WIDER CARIBBEAN.TO PROMOTE HEALTH EDUCATION AND IMPROVED UNDERSTANDING OF INTERNATIONAL HEALTH ISSUES AMONG THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND LUCIANS AND THEIR DESCENDANTS LIVING IN THE UK.

**Activities:** Run training sessions and conferences for  health care professionals in St Lucia Hold diabetes, leg ulcer and foot clinics .Hold public workshops Distribute to institutions in St. Lucia instruments and medical supplies.  Apply for Commonwealth Scholarships for St Lucian doctors and nurses to study in the UK..
