It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under Section 145 of The Act, to follow procedures laid down In the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under Section 145151 of the Act and to state whether particular matter5 hove come to myattention. Basis of Independent examlner'5 report My examination was carrled out in accordance with the General Dlrectlons given by the Charitv Commissioner5 under the Act and to be foLFnd in the Church Guidance 2006 edition. The examlnatlon includes a review of the accounting records kept by the PCC and a compari50n of the accounts with those records. It also includes cortsidering any unusual items or disclosure5 in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
