**Fundraising for a new playground**. A
purpose built playground was designed for
our pupils at a cost of £500,000. A massive
fundraising effort was made by our parents
and trustees to enable this to happen and
all the children across the school are now
benefitting.

**Music and play Therapy**Children who
suffer from complex learning and mental
disabilities will ultimately have issues win
self esteem and confidence. Music therapy
has been increasingly acknowledged as a
medium to break down barriers
surrounding mental health through sharing
the varieties on melody and song, whilst
building upon social skills, confidence, self -
esteem and communication skills. We
received funding to support individual
children through music therapy and
parents have commented how much the
