A<br>purpose built playground was designed for<br>our pupils at a cost of £500,000. A massive<br>fundraising effort was made by our parents<br>and trustees to enable this to happen and<br>all the children across the school are now<br>benefitting.<br>•<br>**Music and play Therapy**Children who<br>suffer from complex learning and mental<br>disabilities will ultimately have issues win<br>self esteem and confidence. Music therapy<br>has been increasingly acknowledged as a<br>medium to break down barriers<br>surrounding mental health through sharing<br>the varieties on melody and song, whilst<br>building upon social skills, confidence, self -<br>esteem and communication skills. We<br>received funding to support individual<br>children through music therapy and<br>parents have commented how much the<br>children benefit from the experience.|
