The trustees present their report and financlal statements for the year ended
31" December 2025.
Siatus
Derby Pentecostal church was incorporated on 1st April, 2009. It was re8iStered wlth the Charlty
Commission on 1st April 2009.
Constltutlon and Appolntment of trustees
Trustees shall be appointed by a resolution of the trustees passed at a special meeting called under
clause 6 of the Article5 of Association.
Trustees responslbllltles for the financlal statements
The trustees are required to prepare financial ststements for the each financial year, which give a true
and fair view of the state of affairs of the tharity and the incoming resource5 and application of resources,
including the net iftcome or expenditure, for the year. In preparing those financial Statements, the
trustee5 are required io-
l- Select suitable accountlng policle5 and then appty them consistentlv,.
2- Makèludgements and estimates that are reasonable and pru¢Jent,'
3- State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures
disclosed and explained in the financial statements.. and
4- Prepare the finanual statements on the golng concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume ihat
the charity will continue in operation.
The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records whith disclosè with reasonable accuracy at
any time the financial position of the Charity and whlch enable them to ensure that the financial
statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the
assets of the Charity and hence for the taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of the
fraud and other irre8ularities.
