Para 1.20 | During this reporting period, the charity hosted multiple events (including Fireworks, Summer Fair, Christmas Fair, Discos and Mothers/Fathers Day sales) with the benefit of bringing both the school community and school / local community closer together while raising funds for St Aidan’s. The School Association was able to provide funds and donations in excess of £33,900 to enhance the internal and external learning environments, as well as contributing to the cost of school trips. |

I report to the trustees on my examina1on of the accounts of ST AIDAN'S SCHOOL ASSOCIATION Charity number: 1128872 for the year ended 31[st] March 2024.
Responsibili*es and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the prepara1on of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Chari1es Act 2011 (‘the Act’).
I report in respect of my examina1on of the Trust’s accounts carried out under sec1on 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examina1on I have followed all the applicable Direc1ons given by the Charity Commission under sec1on 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner’s statement
aUen1on in connec1on with the examina1on giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

accoun1ng records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by sec1on 130 of the Act; or
-
the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other maUers in connec1on with the examina1on to which aUen1on should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
