**Objects:** 1 THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF HUMAN LIFE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ACROSS THE A38 MAIN ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF ROOKSBRIDGE, SOMERSET AND THE PROVISION OF ASSOCIATED ROAD SAFETY SIGNS, STREET FURNITURE, INFORMATION AND PUBLICATIONS.2 FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The charity is striving to improve road safety in Rooksbridge. The village is bisected by the main A38 trunk road and the aim is to eliminate or reduce the hazards that exist for both pedestrians and motorists.  We are currently paying for additional cutting of the verges along the A38. Two vehicle activated speed signs have been supplied by the charity and are now operating.
