(2024.. £5,300). The sum of £32.020 was added to The Tristenagh Trust from a CAF account
held in the name of Mrs RM Ford. Grants of £4.655 were made (2024.. £4,929).

I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2025. which are sct out on
the attached page and have been pTepaTed on a receipts and payinents basis.
Respective responsibilities of trnstee5 alld eiaminer
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the requirements of the Charities Act 2011. The charitys trustees consider that an audit is not
rquired for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Acl) and that
an ind¢p¢nd¢nt examination is needed. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under
section 145 of the 2011 Act, to follow the procedures laid down in the Genera] Directions
givcn by the Charity Commission under ￿￿tIOn 145(5)(b} of the 2011 Act, and to stste
whether particular matlers have come to my attention.
Basis of independent exAmlner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions givcn by the Charity
Commission. An exatnination includ¢s a r¢vi¢w of th¢ accounling rccords kcpt by the charity
and a ¢ompuris()n of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and sccking cxplanations from you as
trus'tees concerning any such matters. Thc procolurcs undertaken do noi providc all the
¢vidence that would be requir¢d in an audiL and consequently no opinion 18 given as lo
