broLJght lolkjwlng the merger of Worcester CAB and Worrxster Housing & Beneflts Advice Cgntr8 on the 1 April
2009. The charitabltr company passed a special resolution tsn 15th Dac8mber 2022 changing its name from Worcester
CAB & WHA8AC kn CTtizens Advlce Worc8Ster and Herefordshire. The mawi areas of charitable actmty are the
provision of advice and 5UPPOrt. Advic8 services are largely delivered through the provision ol a Citizens Advi￿ SeNi
enhan￿￿ by Jddrt￿nal prolects targeted at specific groups in need and thè provlsion ol legal help in hgusing matters for
thos8 •lvJibl•. In .addil'on. we provide practical a55istsn¢x arKI support to the single homèlèss to SaOJ￿ and rotsln
suitable accommodation. These 8re85 of 8¢ti￿ty are complementary lo each other 8nd are undertaken to fvrther our
charftabte pu￿Se$ forlhe pubfic benefit.
In totsl during the year 14,852 Indlwduals have benefitted from our 5grvices. Thls exceeded last year's figure 114,155
indi¥Aduals in 20221231 by 4.9%. If we Indudo dependents. spouses and partners. this ffigure of 14.852 individuals ristrs
