**Objects:** THE PROPERTY AND THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF GALLEYWOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER INHABITANTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR IN THE HERITAGE OF THE LOCAL AREA AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THEOBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF A HERITAGE AND COMMUNITY CENTRE IN GALLEYWOOD FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** Providing an archive and exhibition of local history artefacts, photographs, maps and documents. The hiring out of rooms to local societies and clubs and the holding of fund raising events for the Charity.
