CASES continued to prloritise resources to digital methods of communication (telephone and email) as they had proven to be popular during the COVID period. Fu nding from the Tru55ell Trust enabled a face to face service for initial enqu Eries to be provided at a11 sessions of Lichfield Foodbank. Face to face appointments continue to be offered when and where appropriate at our offices and outreach venues. We were pleased that ourtelephone number remains Freephone (a Service provided bv Citizens Advicel. Telephone appointments continueto be popular with clients when needed. The advice provided is free of charge to Clients but there is 3 cost to the charlty irrespective of where it is delivered includlrng: Traini ng and support to volunteers Volunteers, expenses Insurance IT & Telephones Administration cost5 Salaries of Specialist Caseworl(ers.
