Thè eharills trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of th8
Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an Independent exarnination is needed. The charity's gross
intrnme excèedèd £250,000 and l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member
of the As50ryalion ol Chartered Certified Accountants.

My examination was carried out in accordance with th8 General Dir8Ctions given by the Charity Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the aC￿UnIS
with those records. It also indudes consideration of any unusual iterrs or disclosures in the accounts, and
seeking explanatlons from the manag8m8nt comnitt8e conceming any suoh matters The pwediires undertaken
do not provide all the evidence that would be required in a full audlt. and consequently no opinion is given as to
ether the accounts present a 'lrue and fairf view and the report 15 limited lo those matlers se( out in the
statement bdow.
