St Andrew's Methodlst Church Trustees Annual Report to Year End August 2025 Overview of the year The church has continued to provide weeklyworship and regular activities held in the buiLding. Sunday services are available ontine as welL. enabtingothers to access worship. Manyof the church midweek meetings are held on zoom which is more convenient for many members, whilst contributingto 8 lower carbon footprint. The gospel of God's love continues to be shared, both in face-to-face meetings 2nd using online skills and resources. Staffing The church has continued to be served bytwo ministers, Rev Elizabeth Harris 8nd De8con Corinne Brown. Deacon Corinne is involved in much of the day-to-day ministry and pastoral Care 8t St Andrew's and also takes the lead for a group based at StAndrew's called True Colours. which aims to be an inclusive group for LGBTQAl+ Christians and allies. She continues to develop a wider ministry and mission in Worcester citycentre and is also the Methodist minister on the team at St Nicholas Warndon LEP. Rev Ellzabeth Harris is the circuit presbyterwith pastoral charge of StAndrew's in addition to one other Methodist church- Droitwich Spa. She is also the Circuit Superintendentwith oversight of 81l the Circuit churches. Propertyand finance Work has continued to maintain and improve the property. This is overseen byth8 resources group which is a small group that continues to seekadditional help to monitor 8nd manage the building. Worshlp Various opportunities forworship end fellowshlp contlnue. There is weeklysunday moming worship in church and also available on zoom. Other regularworship and fellowship opportunities are availabLe on zoom, supported by small but loyal groups of peopLe: Cafe church monthly on Sunday evenings, the Prayer Fellowship monthly on Tuesday mornings and the weekly prayer meeting on Wednesday evenings. True Colours. meets monthly on Saturdays at StAndrew's forworship and mutual support. A small Methodist choir and music group was formed, drawing on members from the different circuit churches, to lead the music in a reflective service for Holy Week. Learnlng and Carlng Autumn and spring house-groups were provided online and in person. Pastoralvisitor8 met together to discuss some ways of having pastor81 conversations. They continue to offer support for people in their different pastoral groups. There were opportunities forfellowship in social events such as the fish and chip quiz evening and the skittles evening.

Service and Evangelisrn The Cateringteam have provided hospitalityatthe Saturday coffee mornings, held I￿Ice a month and 8tWelcome Wednesdays. 8 weekly drop-in for people in the city centre. The team also worked very hard to welcome manyguests overthe 3 days of the Victorian Fayre in early December. The Church eco group has had regular meetings to raise awareness about climate change and environmental issues. The group continues to explore and help implementways to reduce the church and personal carbon footprints. It encourages support at eco events at the Cathedral and other churches. The church has continued to support refugees in Worcester, alongside other agencies.
