The Consolidated statement of fin8ncial activities (SOFA} and Consolidated balance sheet
consolidate the financial slalernents of the Company and ils Subsidiary undertaking. Thè results of
the subsidiary are wnsolKlated on a line by line basis.

Act 2006 and has not presented its own Statgrngnt of finanaal activities in these financial
