Independent Examiner's report to the Trustees of
Hindu Cultural Resource Centre, Telford.
Charity no 1127915
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31° March 2023, which are sel
on the pages attached.
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of accounts.
The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144
of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act} and that an independent examinalion is
needed.
11 is my responsibility to..
Examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act.
To follow the pro¥4edures laid down in the general Direction given by the Charity
Commission (under section 14515llbl of the Charities AGt, and lo state whether particular
matters have come lo my attention.
My examination was carried out in accordance with general directions given by the
Charities Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. 11 also
includes consideration of any unusual items of disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanation from the trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do
not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no
opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'lrue and fairf view and the report is
limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
In connection with my examination, no matter has come lo my attention-
{11 which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the
requirements..
lo keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the Act.. &
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with
the accounting requirements of the 1993 Act have not been mel., or
121 lo which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order lo enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
