**Activities:** Ruils is a user-led charity that supports disabled children and adults to live independently & be part of their community. We deliver a range of holistic, outcome-focused services that aim to remove barriers to living an independent life including information, advice, advocacy, befriending, Direct Payments support, Social Prescribing and inclusive community activities.
