Revlew of the y•ar (Contlnu•d)
The parish has continued to play a fvll part in the life of the Deanery Syr￿￿ through the
attendanc* by our elected repr8s8ntatives at m88tings and other events. We make a srnall
financial cnniribution each month tU4Yards the costs af the neohb(xJring parish of St
Andmrfs Christs'an8 Against Poverty group.
The fomw Storage roc¥n in the church hall was successfuly converted to Ihe Chap81 of
Ss Hilda and Wilfrld and was used for mid-w8ek Masses over the winl8r months.
Onc* agaln th8 main ccYKern has been thè t>)ndltlon of the maln hall lloor. W• held a
Novona that was folkhved up wth a Grft Day Appeal at the tirrn of All Saints. Thanks to
the enornious generosity of members of our CMLYegalion we were abkn to commlt to a
full repla￿rnent of the Ikjor and contraded vhlh a t￿Ilder to carry out the th. To save
on costs we forrned a Wrecking Squad, to remove a s￿nIficant proportion of the old floor.
