Reserves pollcy
The charity has a tsrget in place to secure reserves to cover four month5 of expenditure {approx. £800,000),
consistent with the prevhous year. The reseryes wll be buitt up using the Teserves generated from unrestrieted
acts'vities. The aim of the poly is lo protect the Trust and staff from any cor1sequ8n￿s rf a number of restricted
funds were to end. It also aims to build reser￿$ to h8lp enab￿ k)ng term 5U5tsinability.
