**Objects:** 1)  TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN NIGERIA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ASSISTING WITH SCHOOL FEES AND BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO IMPROVE SCHOOL FACILITIES.2)  TO RELIEVE POVERTY IN NIGERIA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF AN ORPHANAGE FOR HOMELESS OR ORPHANED CHILDREN.

**Activities:** To break the cycle of rural poverty through education in Nigeria, in particular but not exclusively, by:1. Granting scholarships and bursaries to secondary school students;2. Managing libraries and computer centres;3. Employing qualified teachers;4. Providing general infrastructure at secondary schools such as water;5. Funding tertiary education for graduating secondary school students
