To further or benefit the residents of Worrall and the neighbourhood, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and local authorities in a common effort to advance education and provide facilities.
Objects: To The Extent That Such Objects Are For The Benefit Of The Public And Provided That The Objectsshall Always Be Solely And Exclusively Charitable, The Charity's Objects ("Objects") Are:3.1 To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Worrall And The Neighbourhood, Withoutdistinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions Byassociating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Otherorganisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In Theinterests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Ofimproving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents; And3.2 To Establish, Or Secure The Establishment Of, A Community Centre (Hereinafter Called"the Centre") And To Maintain And Manage The Same (Whether Alone Or In Co-Operationwith Any Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects.the Charity Shall Be Non-Party In Politics And Non-Sectarian In Religion.
