**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, AT THE TRUSTEES' DISCRETION, TO RELIEVE IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF YORK, THE ELDERLY, THE SICK AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, ADVICE AND INFORMATION TO THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CARE.

**Activities:** York Carers Centre provides support to unpaid carers of all ages in York. Services include : support for young carers (aged 5 to 18); support for young adult carers (18-25); support for adults; carers emergency card; benefits and community care advice;  drop in sessions; help filling in forms; signposting/referrals to other agencies; emotional support; events/activities; training for professionals
