STATUS: The Charlty was constltuted under • Trust Deed dated i# July 2(X)8 and Is registered in
England and Wales with Charlty number 1127435.

Trustees meet regularly to manage its affalr& The Parfsh pastor manages the day to day
administration of the Charity.

RISK MANAGEMENT ANO COVID-19 RESPONSE: The Trustees have assessed the mapr risks to
which the charlty is exposed. In particular those related to operations and flnances of the Charfty,
and are satisfied the gistems are in place to mitigate our exposures to the major rlsks. cov1￿19
globa5 pandemic exposed the world to some exceptional risks. RCCG of Praise was r*0
exception. Interruptlons to the Charivs artivities and the financial impacts of the pandemlc on
members of our communlty were r￿Ver envlsa8ed. Wlth the success of C0VIL￿19 Vacclnatlon
programme in the UK, we expect that the Charltys activities will return to normal with some
dynamlc Improvements.
OBJEcfs AND AcfMTIES: The princlpal object is the advancement of the Chrlstlan falth worldwide
nd the rellef of poverty. To promote any charitable artlvity for the benefft of the local people. To
achleve Its objertives, the Church adopted the followiryg strategies:

GRANT MAKING POUCY: Th• Churth supports visltlng ministers of the gospel both wlthln and
outslde the Unlted Klngdom. Support is a150 given to RCCG Central Office, World EvanBelism
Mlsslon, Festival of Life and other RCCG pro8ramme& The Church supwrts Other tharitles and
missionary that shares Its objects In advancement of Christian faith and ￿lief of poverty, The Church
also give occasional grants to congregatlonal members who are In need.
VOLUNTEERS: The Church Is Brateful to the unfllnchlng efforts of Its volunteer5 who are involved in
provlding serwce5 ft>r the Charity. It is estlmated that over 1,820 hours are provlded by volunteers
durlng the year. If thls Ss conservatively Valued at £9.￿ per hour. the volunteerfs efft)rt wlll amount
to £16,380.
REVIEW OF AcnvmES: The Churth contlnue to enjoy tremendous 8rowth In Its PhysScal and Splrltual
Ilfe during the year, and In the advancementof Christian falth in accordance wlth the doctrlnes set out
In the Ststement of Falth as contalned In our Trust Deed. Followin8 the cov1￿19 Imposed lockdown
In mld-march, 2021. the Church ha5 been conduct1￿ Its •ciMtles vlrtually. We strongly believe that
the rapld ￿spOnse of the Church to ensure continuous touch wlth the Cornmunlty through the WORD
and essential food supplles has pald off signthcantly. We have invested into Broadcastln8 Equlpment
and Techno108y as well as other Safety materials to achieve thls.
INVESTMENT POUCY: Tht trustees have decided that at P￿Senl funds should be retslned In Banks
and Bulldln8 Socletles and as far as possible in Interest bearir% accounts.
PRINapAL FUNDING: Fundlng hès been provlded malnly thro￿ Tlthes and Offerin8s by Church
members and through Glft Akl. Donatlons are also ac¢epted for specSal pro8ramme5 and projects.
During the year. the Charlty received a totsl of £10,808 in extemal funding. £IO.(XKJ from Salford
aty Coundl to support our CommunltyRe¥lve ProJecL and £8(W from HMRC under its Corona Virus
Job Retention Scheme.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT: The Charity continues to explore various ways of spreading the gospel of
Christ an effective manner. The Charity 15 also looki￿ to grow in memberthip and continue to
develop its members to make life-chan8ir¥ impact in society.

Charlty law requlres the trustees to prepare Hnandal Statements for each Flnanclal Year. Under that
law the trustees have elerted to prepare the Flnanoal Ststements In accordance wlth the Unlted
Klngdom generally accepted accounting prnCtI￿ (United KSnBdom Accountln8 Stsndards and
appllcable law). The Financial Statements are requI￿d to 8Sve a true and falrview of the state of affairs
of the charlty for that perlod. In preparin8 these financlal ststements, the tn￿tee$ are required to..
