Activities

The Clwyd and Conwy Rivers Trust aims to promote the conservation, protection, rehabilitation and improvement of the rivers, streams, water courses and water impoundments in the Clwyd and Conwy catchments and in the counties of Denbighshire, Conwy and Gwynedd amd adjacent areas of their banks, riparian lands and catchment areas in all their aspects.

Objects: (a) To Promote The Conservation, Protection, Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Therivers, Streams, Water Courses And Water Impoundment's In The Clwyd And Conwycatchments And In The County's Of Denbighshire, Conwy And Gwynedd, And Adjacentareas Of Their Banks, Riparian Lands And Catchment Areas In All Their Aspects.((b) To Promote The Conservation, Rehabilitation And Protection Of The Indigenous Species Of Animal And Plant Life Of The Rivers, Streams, Watercourses And Water Impoundments In The Counties Of Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd And Anglesey And Adjacent Areas Of Their Banks, Riparian Lands And Catchment Areas And Thereby Enhance The Counties’ Biodiversity.(c) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Understanding Of Aquatic Habitats,their Related Catchment Areas And Their Animal And Plant Life And The Need For Theconservation, Protection And Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Such Environments.
