**SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE MINISTRY APOSTOLIC INTERNATIONAL TRUSTEE’S ANNUAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2023**

## **Name of Ministries:**

The name of the Church is known as the Salvation and Deliverance Ministry Apostolic International (hereinafter referred to as “the Church”).

## **Charity Registration:**

Our registration number is 1127358

## **Address:**

Our address is 5 Gurney Crescent, Surrey, CR0 3JR.

## **Trustee:**

Stephanie Greaves

## **Constitution & Objectives:**

Our aim is to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the articles of faith for the public benefit.

## **Structure Governance & Management**

We are governed by the Salvation & Deliverance Ministries Apostolic Int’l constitution and articles of faith.

Recruitment and appointment of new trustees is done by annual voting of church members.

## **Achievements**

As we continue to embrace change in the year of our Lord 2023, our church Salvation & Deliverance Ministry is adapting to social media i.e., Zoom as well as in persons attendance and this will no doubt continue to be the way forward for the foreseeable future.

Since our last report, we can confirm that we have used social media coverage on Facebook Live and have been getting a positive response to those tuning in, as we have been able to reach others who may not be members of our congregation but are able to give positive responses to the preached word. On a whole, this is good encouragement for the ministry.

We are now looking to freshen up our website in order to appeal to more social media users and to promote the ministry; as well as to ultimately propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

During our Convocation 2023, our theme was “Unity in Diversity – Part 1” and we were to ordain 4 members to the spiritual position of ministers to the service of the Lord which showed inter promotion of those that have been consistent within the ministry and spiritual growth.

In terms of the believer’s duty to the nation, as a church we continue to spread the gospel and emphasise the importance of soul winning in continuing with our of Evangelizing within the community.

## **TRUSTEE’S ANNUAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2023 (continued)**

## **Children & Young People Ministry**

Sadly, we continue to experience very low attendance within the Children’s ministry. However, we were able to achieve our annual church trip which included our church family and we went to Skegness.

## **SDM Fareshare Foodbank Project**

We as a charity over the past few years have joined the Food Bank program with Fareshare to deliver food and distribute to our local communities.

## **Outreach/ Evangelism**

SDM outreach continues to conduct street pastoring, prayer walk and preach to a wider variety of audience working alongside the local authorities and the police to help fight crime and disorder.

## **Overseas**

We continued to support overseas mission, as well as extended our networks with new ministries abroad for the extension of the work of humanity.

## **INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE MINISTRY APOSTOLIC INTERNATIONAL**

## **FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023**

I report on the accounts of Salvation and Deliverance Ministry Apostolic International for the year ended 31 December 2023, which comprise the Receipts and Payments Account and Statement of Assets and Liabilities set out on pages 4 and 5.

## **Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

It is my responsibility to:

- examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act;

- to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act; and

- to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

## **Basis of independent examiner’s report**

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and the seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

## **Independent examiner’s statement**

In connection with my examination no material matters have come to my attention which give me cause to believe that, in any material respect:

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (accounts and reports) Regulations 2008, other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view, which is not a matter considered as part of the independent examination.

I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
