## **Name of Ministries:**
The name of the Church shall be known as the Salvation and Deliverance Ministry Apostolic International (hereinafter referred to as “the Church”).

Our registration number is 1127358
## **Address:**
Our address is 5 Gurney Crescent, Surrey, CR0 3JR.

## **Constitution & Objectives:**
Our aim is to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the articles of faith for the public benefit.
## **Structure Governance & Management**
We are governed by the Salvation & Deliverance Ministries Apostolic International constitution and articles of faith.
Recruitment and appointment of new trustees is done by annual voting of church members.
## **Performance**
Following on from our last report, due to the Post Pandemic, our ministry continues to be deeply affected and so our activities were still practised on a low scale by comparison to what we are generally used to.

Transmission on Zoom seemed very practical, in order to enable us as a ministry to function and still keep the congregation going. As well as to still function within the community.
One of the highlights of our year, was to have our 1[st] Convocation for the year of our Lord 2021. This meant that the majority of our guest speakers from overseas transmitted via Zoom and this was somewhat different to how we would deliver our high-level services.
The theme for our Convocation 2021 was “It’s Your Time It’s Your Season” which was very inspiring and empowering. The feedback given especially in such a time as this has helped a lot of people to be encouraged and strengthened to enable them to bring about hope in their daily lives.
The app known as Zoom continues to play an inspiring part within our ministry and we are learning how to adapt to change. Using Zoom has helped elderly members who at times have been shut in, as well as those who have experienced periods of sickness.
## **Children & Young People Ministry**
During 2021, we saw that our Sunday School dwindled in numbers and those that remained took some time to resume back into some form of routine.
## **Achievements.**
Due to Covid 19, there was no “Women of Vision” Conference for the year 2021.
## **Outreach**
Our Food Bank Distribution continued during the year 2021. However, more distribution on a door-to-door level was being administered.

## **Overseas**
In the year 2021, we were able to be of financial assistance to ministries overseas. Once again, in particular to countries such as Kenya where we continue to partner in the gospel and to extend love to support them in their building, and school projects
It has been encouraging to get regular pictures, videos and monthly meetings via Zoom to see the progress that they have been and continue to make going forward.

## **INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE MINISTRY APOSTOLIC INTERNATIONAL**
## **FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021**
I report on the accounts of Salvation and Deliverance Ministry Apostolic International for the year ended 31 December 2021, which comprise the Receipts and Payments Account and Statement of Assets and Liabilities set out on pages 6 and 7.
## **Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
- examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act;
- to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act; and
- to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
## **Basis of independent examiner’s report**
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and the seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
## **Independent examiner’s statement**
In connection with my examination no material matters have come to my attention which give me cause to believe that, in any material respect:
- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and contents of accounts set out in the Charities (accounts and reports) Regulations 2008, other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view, which is not a matter considered as part of the independent examination.
I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
