## Trustee’s Annual Report for Year Ending December 2020

## Name of Ministries:

The name of the Church shall be known as the Salvation and Deliverance Ministry Apostolic International (hereinafter referred to as “the Church”).

## Charity Registration:

Our registration number is 1127358

## Address:

Our address is 5 Gurney Crescent, Surrey, CRO 3JR.

## Trustee:

Stephanie Greaves Michael Williams

## Constitution & Objectives:

Our aim is to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the articles of faith for the public benefit.

## Structure Governance & Management

We are governed by the Salvation and Deliverance Ministries Apostolic Int’] constitution and articles of faith.

Recruitment and appointment of new trustees is done by annual voting of church members.

## Performance

Due to the Pandemic caused by Covid [9, our ministry was deeply affected and so our activities were somewhat limited as Government restrictions were implemented.

In order to still function as a ministry, all our services were then transmitted via Zoom and is currently being transmitted in this new way, in order to still provide a service to our members and the community.

However, we were able to broadcast our Church Anniversary Service for the year 2020 via Zoom and Salvation & Deliverance Ministry was blessed to have our guest speakers from Singapore and South Africa who motivated us on the topic "Endurance”.

This was indeed a blessing as lives were touched local, national, and internationally, because we were able to expand our teach using technology on this new Zoom platform.

As stated in our previous reports, social media continues to play a part of our development as a ministry. and it is proving to be a good tool that we are embracing and continue to learn to spread the Gospel.

## Children & Young People Ministry

Due to Covid 19, our Sunday School operated on Zoom.

## Achievements

Due to Covid 19, there was no "Women of Vision” Conference for the year 2020,

## Outreach

Through our Food Bank Distribution in partnership with Tesco we were able to go out on the local streets and be relevant within the local community when we were able to do so. As a church were able to distribute consumable items to those that were shut in on a door-to-door basis.

## Overseas

Salvation and Deliverance Ministry continues to be consistent in providing help i.e., clothes, food where needed to other churches and families within the UK and overseas.

However, during the year 2020, Salvation & Deliverance Ministry went the extra mile in supporting the churches in Africa, especially Kenya to minister and to share to the needs of the people with a small group that visited Nairobi, who not only taught the gospel but also gave a musical ministration in February 2020, just before the Pandemic hit the shores of the UK.

The group of members from Salvation & Deliverance Ministry that visited Kenya in the year 2020, for some it was the first time to have travelled to Africa and to meet and greet the fellowship churches over there, it was a wonderful experience to have met like-minded people who have a love for God and want to make a positive contribution in spreading the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE MINISTRY APOSTOLIC INTERNATIONAL

## CHARITY NUMBER 1127358

## FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

I report on the accounts of Salvation and Deliverance Ministry Apostolic International for the year ended 31 December 2020, which comprise the Receipts and Payments Account and Statement of Assets and Liabilities set out on pages 4 and 5,

## Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

It is my responsibility to:

- e examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act;

- e to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5\b) of the Charities Act; and

- ¢ to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Basis of independent examiner’s report

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and the seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

## Independent examiner’s statement

In connection with my examination no material matters have come to my attention which give me cause to believe that, in any material respect:

- e the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or e the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or

- e the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and contents of accounts set out in the Charities (accounts and reports) Regulations 2008, other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view, which is not a matter considered as part of the independent examination.

I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
