TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HEALTH CARE BY THE THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, FOR AND BY THE PUBLICATION OF NEWSLETTERS DEVOTED TO HEALTHCARE.B TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF ALL NON-ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AT THE SURGERY AS MAY BE REQUIRED UNDER THEIR PROFESSIONAL BODIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS.C TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE THEY ARE ELDERLY, POOR OR DISABLED, PEOPLE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN OR THOSE LIVING IN ISOLATED AREAS WHERE THERE ARE NO ADEQUATE PUBLIC TRANSPORT FACILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND MEDICAL AND OTHER APPOINTMENTS.

**Activities:** To preserve &amp; protect the health of patients of Willow Green surgery in East Preston, West Sussex, BN16 3AH  by providing &amp; assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment. Advance the education of the public in health care. Advance the education and training of all non-administrative staff at the Surgery. Provide transport facilities for people who have special needs.
