benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, worship seN¢es, lectures.

The relief of persons in need or hardship vtho live in Trevethin, Torfaen. the UK and the world
by providing s8rvic8s, farAlitie5 or by making grants of money.
Provislon of re￿8ationaL and leisure activrtses for people living in thg area of benefll. vtho
have need by wason of their youth. age. infiTmity or disability. povety. s¢cial and economlc
circumstances ￿th the intsntion of iMpro￿ng the ￿n[litiOn of life for such people.
Achlav•m8nts and Perfo￿anCe
2024 has ￿en a year of gregt encouragement for us as a church. All Oxisting minlstries have
continued and at least mainlained their numbers and iTnpact induding yOLrth. kids club. toddler group
and Dur monthly meeting for the D5der members of the community. We have also seen signlftcant
areas of growth, parb'culaT1y through the Ivami hub. mi￿lsty begun al the end of 2023. This has
grown in nLJTnbers and also in impact and has become a real 'home from home, for those vtho attend.
This has also seen crossover into othtsr church meetings duiing the week and a few interested in
baplsm and Ihe more spiritual aspects of church life. This year wa5 also a year of unpwedented
impact for our debt-he5p seNce increased numbers going debl-lree and th& affects of th8 service
reaching beyond that indicated simply by Ihe numbers. We are very grateful for the support of thè
Easlem Valley Foodbank in sourcing Ihe funding for this WOTk to continue and count yt as a great
privilege to serve alongside and suppprt the fcrtxlbank in growng ways. The year also saw the
continuation of the development of our building and garden. The LwinnirvJ of the year saw tho r8ar
garden completed ￿th children's area and bbojfire pit and we oxjntinue to be very grateful for this
resource and the opportunity to See the community use and enjoy it. Later in year w8 were also
able to continue the work on the fabric of the building wth a new Foodbank stDre ri88ring
completion and a new kitchen ￿hedUled to begln eaty in 2025 (completed at time of wrriting). There
were also encouraging S￿jnS that we may be able to (¥JntiDue this project on towards completion in
2025 (further work starting Oct 25)

unusual (cems or disclosur6s in the accounts, and seoknng explanations fro￿ as truste6s

be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to sthether the accounts present a
