**Objects:** 1 TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN LEICESTERSHIRE, ESPECIALLY THOSE BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY ROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.2 TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LEICESTERSHIRE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEEDS OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON FO THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF THE LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.3 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DIRECTION AND DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT IN THE AREA OF LEICESTERSHIRE.
