**Objects:** THE RELIEF AND SUPPORT FOR THE PEOPLE OF HAMPSHIRE WHO HAVE A NEUROLOGICAL CONDITION AND THE RELIEF AND SUPPORT OF THE CARERS OF SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** Hampshire Neurological Alliance covers Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth as an umbrella organisation for people with Long Term Neurological Conditions (LTNCs), carers & relevant organisations.  It works in partnership with commissioners, providers & other support organisations to promote independence and improve provision of coproduced health, social and other local services.
