**Objects:** I THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS - THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG THE TUAREG PEOPLE AND OTHERS RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN THE SAHARA OR NORTH OR SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA OR ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING, OR MAKING GRANTS TO PROVIDE WHATEVER ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES AS ARE DEEMED BY THE TRUSTEES TO BE BENEFICIAL IN THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AND/OR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESSII THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP - THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG THE TUAREG PEOPLE AND OTHERS LIVING OR WORKING IN THE SAHARA OR NORTH OR SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA OR ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS OR SERVICES OR FACILITIES OR BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANSIII THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION - TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECT(S) INCLUDING EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY, HUMAN RIGHTS, RACIAL HARMONY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS, RELIGIOUS HARMONY.
