1. Thè Chaiity was created by a D￿￿ration of Trust (the°Tntst Deed.) dated 17th November, 21M)8 and
registered wilh the Charity CoThrAssK)n under the atKJV8 number on 12th O*mber. 21Th. It only came into
(other Ihan th8 initial £1001 on P September, 2010 when the first payments totslling £111,111 were
made by Tammc Limited under a Funding Agreeffent rthe Funding Agreeff￿Trr) dated P November 2008

Vlater Company Limibj (4). By further agreement dated 13th January. 2023 the Funding Agreement was

2. The first Trustses, Messrs PRP Chadwick and AD VNknglesworth. restgned in December 2010 after the fist set
of l(xal Trnstees had been elected by the Parish Meetings or Cracoe. Rylstone and Hetton in xcordance with
the Trust Deed. The current Trustees are Maureen Chaduc (aptKJinted January 2024). David Chew Ire-
appointed November 20201, Rthard INebster Irwppoinbj May 2022) {all of Cracoe). Moyrd Livesey
appointed November 20211 and Ja￿eS BLrtcher (re-apwnted November 2(Y22) (both of Rylgtone) and Shella
Stoney Irww'rrted October 20221 lof Hettonl Moyra Livesey has been elected Honorary Chaim7an. Sheila
Stoney has been elected Honorary Secr*ry and Maureen Chaduc became a Trustee in January 2024 arbd

£20,690.13 left availabte to cary fop*ard into the next year.

In total, applulltx￿grants paid out duriw the finanGia year Of￿ Apr￿, 2023 to ￿ Apn'l, 2024 amunled to
£55.500.55 This arnunt indudes payment of £ 11,655.40 to Cra¢oe pri￿￿ry Schwl.
The Charrty has cg)ntinued to maintsin and renew the 5 Community Defibrillatss.
In March 2024, the TDJStees renewed their annual fvlkpage°*Jvth*seff*nf ¢ontaining updated infom)atbJn
abjut the charity and its Trustees and this article appeats in every issue of the Ictal P*Fsh Magazine. In May
2023, the Secretary tKOVKled this magazine wilh a 4-page article Ukmlating the tt)mmunty on the Charity's
ties. In Juty 2023 an arttcle was publish￿1 renNnding the communty ofthe availability ofyoung Persons,
Grants and Hardship Grants. In September 2023, the communty was made awa￿ ofthe increase fft funding
(from £300 to £400) for both the alOre￿n￿oned grants. The S&retary also provid￿1 a very detaiw 5-pag6
lic￿ whth appeared in the 2024 Parish Magazine to ensure that the Community rs informed about the
activities of the Chanty and some of the applIcat￿nS it has funded. The Charity alx) uses hxal Pari5
)ticeboards to inform widents when n￿eSsary. In addibon. the Charity's Facebook page cijntinues to raise
awareness of its acbvit*s within the local community. The Trustees are committed to publicising the aims.

9. The Trustees, general principles on whKh they operate in making di5tEibul1c￿ frIMn the Charity W￿lude

{ather monetsry, time or experb5e) from th8 applicant but these basic principtes are being deveh)p*J and
adapted in light Ofexperien￿. The Trustees a￿ seeknng to imFwove, document and make more transparent
the operating prin￿p￿S of the Charity. We revi%ed aThJ ￿[￿ all the Charity's FX)Iici8s. ￿￿edureS arKI
apprtati￿ forms in November 2023 an¢J keep them under regukr revivw. The Trustees aim to IK)hJ regular
termty me¢ts"ngs at Wh￿ to consider any applicattons submrtted to them at ￿st two weeks previousty. Notice
of meetings arè vtherever possitAe posted in the Pw5h Magazlne and on the Charl￿S Facebo￿* page. The
Charity's meetings are held in the cra￿le Village Hall.
10. The Trnstees. current reserves policy Is made up of the fomowing strands..
Rese￿eS are usualty needed {il to spend in emergencies but also to generate incom in the ￿ntirr￿ and
(N) to ff￿et any mapy longer-tem requirements that may crop up the aw of benefit over future years.

s￿red for a fvrther decade and the Trustees feel it is proper and reasonable to con8Kter a bnger tin
frame within which the Charty can ￿ntinue to benefft the ¢xmmunty including a capital reserve to yield a
fulure incon*. However, the Trustees generaHy feel that cash reserrfes should cover * le>ttho gross
ur¥alent of one yea¢$ annual payment from Tamwc Limited plus the provfyon * the year erKI to meet
any ou15tandirvJ commrtments.
