This included funds<br>to help set up a new centre for Guide Dogs<br>for the Blind in Bristol**.**In Kenya, we<br>supported AMREF Health Africa to set up<br>mobile solar powered health clinics, this<br>enabled healthcare to be delivered to the<br>more remote areas.  The Hermitage Trust<br>supported special needs in the UK to<br>provide a range of residential experiences<br>and included a trip to Spain for 18<br>learners.  During the year, Help for Heroes<br>paid out 376 grants to help support<br>veterans and their families. Financial|

support from The Hermitage Trust contributed towards these grants.  Financial support for Interburns has helped with the administration of projects in a variety of places including Gaza, Tanzania and Asia.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 5 April 2023. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
