**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE CLIFTON ROCKS RAILWAY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY ACQUIRING, BUILDING, RESTORING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE RAILWAY AND OTHER RAILWAYS WHICH ARE WORTHY OF PRESERVATION;TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN RELATION TO THE INDUSTRIAL AND TRANSPORT HERITAGE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE USE OF THE CLIFTON ROCKS RAILWAY SITE AS A REFUGE AREA AND TRANSMITTING STATION DURING WORLD WAR II

**Activities:** To advance the education of the public through the preservation and restoration of the Clifton Rocks Railway and its wartime history as a sustainable visitor attraction, which is fully integrated with other visitor attractions, transport systems and the Victorian heritage in the area. Reliant on public donations and monies raised through sale of merchandise at our open days and on private trips.
