Windsor A Cappella (WAC) was established in September 2000 as an unincorporated non-profit organization for the purpose of fostering excellence in a cappella close harmony singing.  From its inception, WAC has been a registered member of the British Association of Barbershop Singers and, with effect from 24 November 2008 WAC has been registered as a charity with the Charity Commission of Great Britain (No. 1126889). 

The charitable objects of WAC are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of a cappella choral music in all its aspects through the presentation of public concerts, recitals, workshops and other performances both public and private.  In addition, WAC supports other charitable organizations through the making of grants and donations intended to further its stated objectives.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year
to 31st August 2025.
As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the ac￿untS in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Acri.
I report in respect of my examinalion of the accounts carried out under section 145 of the
