To relieve the poor, the elderly, the children and all those who are in need in any part of the world by the provision of financial or other assistance including but not limited to medicines, shelter, furniture, food, clothing, sanitation, clean drinking water, the construction of hospitals, medical centres and education centres as the trustees in their discretion think fit. 2. To advance the Islamic religion in accordance with the teachings of the Quran and the teachings of the prophet Muhammad (SAW - peace be upon him) and the Sahabah-e-Keraam (R.A.A.) according to the interpretation and accepted view of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa-ah and as expounded by the teachings of Ala' Hazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi (alaihi rehma). |

Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). In preparing the financial statements, the directors are required to: • Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently; • Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; • Prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in operation. The directors are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and which enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with Companies Act 2011 and the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting by Charities (FRS102). The directors are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the period ended 30/11/2023.
Responsibilities and As the charity’s trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the basis of report company for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charity’s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”). In carrying out my examination, I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that: • accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 386 of the Companies Act 2006; or
- the accounts do not accord with such records; or
• the accounts do not comply with relevant accounting requirements under section 396 of the Companies Act 2006 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or
- •the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS102).
