To promote preservation, protection and improvement of a Grade 2 listed schoolhouse and two adjacent buildings by creating an educational resource centre.To educate of the public about the environment, heritage and the arts, where such education promotes knowledge, skills and understanding needed for a sustainable future.
Objects: = To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Preservation, Protection And Improvementof An Eighteenth Century, Grade Ii Listed Schoolhouse And Two Adjacent Buildings Inthe Grounds Of The Cotesbach Estate By Creating An Educational Resource Centre.= To Advance The Education Of The Public, And Young People In Particular, In Thesubjects Of The Environment, Heritage And The Arts And The Many Areas Which Linkthese Three Subjects, Especially Where Such Education Promotes Knowledge, Skillsand Understanding Needed For A Non-Oil Dependent, Sustainable Future, That Is,demonstrating How To Meet The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Abilityof Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs.
