The object of the Deed of Trust dated 30 January 1880 relating to Radnor
Walk Congregational Chapel was to provide Protestanl Dissenter
members with premises in Radnor Walk, Chelsea, London for the Public
Worship of God and similar purposes.

ilst the original Church buikling in Chelsea has been sohy, the Church
Continues to operate. Ils members v￿rshiP as part of a ￿nbined church
with iwo other churches in a building on Eastca$t￿ Street, London W1.
This is known as Egws Cymraeg Canol Llundain. The Trust supports the
running of this Church alongside other organisatKsn that operate in
support of the original remil relating to Welsh language Christian worship
and educxtion.

The Trust has continued to support the operalional running of the Church
in Eastcastle Street having entered into a shaiing agreement with two
other Welsh Churches. There has been significant Wotk carried out to
maintain the Ghurch buikling in the last year or so and these are
continuing.
In addition, the Tnjstees have supported other institutions and causes in
London w*ich ielate to Welsh language educatton and worship.

The Twstees do nol wsh there to be adverse risk associated with the
investments. This low risk strategy has worked well to date. The charity
continually ensures that its investment fvnd and programme is correctly
managed and invested in a consistent manner that allows for maximum
caprtal growth amidst a low risk environment. The charity employs the
services of Brown Shipley, investrnent specialists in maintaining and
managing their portfolio to ensure thal the risk of Trustees managing the
fundslconflicts of intgrest are greatly reduced.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 5 April 2023. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
