House CIC realised a loss in 2022-23, this was in relation to assets expensed
in year
due to ongoing
discussions
held around
the probable
closure ofThe Reader Bar and Restaurant.
An EGM of
the Calderstones
Mansion
House CIC Board was held on 23rd
August 2023 and the Board agreed that the
Restaurant
should
dose. This was
due to a combination
of factors,
including
the need
to be financially
sustainable
and provide a source ofunrestricted
income to the Charity over the coming years. The Restaurant
