For the benefit of the Jericho community, Oxford residents and the general public; to preserve and enhance the historical heritage in and around Jericho by the provision of educational facilities including the establishment of a Community Centre, a Heritage Centre, the restoration of a working boat yard and a communal open space. To provide affordable social housing for key workers.

Objects: To Advance Education And Heritage For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Jericho, Oxfordand For The General Public By The Preservation, Restoration, Maintenance, Repair Andenhancement Of The Historical, Architectural And Built Heritage In And Around Jericho Andits Neighbourhood In The Form Of Buildings, Boatyards, Waterways And Open Spaces Ofhistorical, Architectural Or Constructional Interest; And3.2 To Provide For The Advancement Of Public Education In The Subject Of The Local Andnational Heritage Associated With Jericho And Its Neighbourhood By The Provision Ofeducational And Training Facilities Including, But Not Exclusively, The Establishment Andmaintenance Of A Museum And Living Heritage Centre Comprising Such Exhibits Or Itemsrelating To The Heritage Of Jericho And Its Neighbourhood As The Charity May From Timeto Time Hold Or Receive; And3.3 To Further Or Benefit The Residents .Of Jericho, Its Neighbourhood And The City Of Oxfordwithout Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race, Or Of Political, Religious Or Otheropinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntaryand Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Providefacilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupationwith The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents; And3.4 To Provide For The Benefit Of The Community Housing And Any Associated Amenities Forperson In Conditions Of Need Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means; And3 5 To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Be Determined
