It lomally registered as a charity on 14 Novcmber 2008 under charity numI￿r 1126715. THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: The advancement of the Christian faith in the United Kingdom or oversea The advancement of both religious and secular education. The relief of sickness and povety. ORGANISATION The Trustees are joined by the Pastor to deal with the day to day management of the charity in accordance with the objectives. ACTIVITIES: Principal Activities The Trustees principal activities are the supwrt of Eternal Light Ministries International and support of congregations in the provision of a place fit for worship. The Ministy's location is at Mitcham St. Mark Parish church as it is so safe and helpful for church services and any other Christian activities. The Youth Group The Ministry is helping the Youth Group in the Ministy with Church activities. The Ministy is regularly in touch with the youth. In order to help them with their studies, they are always advised to study and keep away from too many activities which will not help them in their education and future lives. Pastor and the elders do get in touch with them after church services to have discussions. Pastor Emmanuel always assigned the youth to weekly Bible readings. Those who need educational help were connected to those who have knowledge to help them. The youth are always regular to church services. They are happy to get help whenever they need answers to questions. The youth are learning how to play the church instruments.

Page 2 Womens Group Praise and thanks to God Almighty for another blessed year in the life of the Women Fellowship of Eternal Light Ministries. The Women members are actively involved in the everyday life of our church. The Women Fellowship activities continued as in previous years. The women members of the Ministy care for our church family through meals. especially during birthdays activities. The women members communicate with each other to fmd out how to help, in case a member of the Ministy needs help. Women members ty to help the elderly in the church and their communities and also checking on members to fmd out if everything is alright with them when they fail to attend church service for some time. They visit to pray when a member is sick. Always advising the youth. Statement of responsibilities of the trustees Law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give true and fair view of the charity's financial activities during the period and of its financial ry)sition at th¢ ¢nd of the period. In preparing financkal statements giving a true and fair view the trustees should follow best practice. Select suitable accounting policies and the apply them consistently Observe thc methods and principles in the Charity SORP Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent State whether applicable UK Accounting Standards and statements of recommended practice have been followed. subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements Prepare the fjnancial statements on the going concern b&sis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in operation. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the fmancial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act201 l.They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and defrction of fraud and other irregularities. The trustees are responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the corporate and financial infomiation included of the charity's website. Legislation in the United Kingdom governing the preparation and dissemination of financial statements may differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.

We have reviewed our current proviqion and the strengths and weaknesses of our organization and identified opportunities PUBLIC BENEFIT: Inall our activities we are mindfulof the kgal requirement forchaTities toprovide public and have had ￿gard to the guidance pub]ished in this connection by the Charity Cornmission. ACCOUNTS: These are set out on pages 4 and 5 which follow. Tithes and Offerings have increased and this year a Gift Aid claim for 20/21 was received but &s the accounts are prepared on a Receipts and Payments basis the tax refund for 21/22 is not included as it was received after date. That together with the amount due for 22/23 are included as Debtors in the notes. Expenses show a small reduction which has resulted in a surplus of £4,427 which is considered satisfactory. RESERVES The trustees would ]ke to acquire apernjall￿t meeting place of theirown and will need to build reserves for this purpose. In addition reserves to cover 6 months of expenses are desirable.
