**Objects:** TO FURTHER THE CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF ST. CATHERINE'S CHURCH, HOUGHTON ON THE HILL, LEICESTERSHIRE, INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC AND FITTINGS OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** St Catharine's Church in Houghton on the Hill periodically requires major repair and refurbishment works to be done, and the Friends of St Catharines raise monies to fund up to 50% of the cost of these works. We organise fashion shows, bridge drives, summer BBQs, a winter craft fair and a carol concert to help raise these funds annually.
