Developing the Vision and Strategic Objectives for the Integrated Health Care Board and Health and ca￿ Partnership Equality. Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy in May 2022. LACVS submitted a proposal lo the Nat￿01 Loltery to thive foN4ard the Lancashire Lo¢al manilesto. This was Ihe resum of a number of fonjms and workshops worktng partners across Lancashire and Volunlary Sector Northwest IVSNWI. The VCFSE sector was in part re-s9tting itself after the unprecedenled challenges of ihe pandemic. Many organisations played essential roles in supporting people during the crists and were now adjusting fo a post COVID environment and the impact of the rising cost of living. Challenges such as funding and reduced volunteer numbers from the effects of the pantlemtc We￿ amongst the issues faced by organtsalions. LACVS members continued lo offer Sup￿ lo voknteer involvry organisalions over Ihe year and worked on developments suth as wdening access lo volunteersng quality standards.
