Objectives and Activities

The objects of the church are:

a. For the advancement of the Christian Faith: This is done through holding of worship services, prayers, baptism, communion, sharing of literature and anything within the belief of the Christian church.

b. For the relief of the poor: This is done through distribution of food, clothes, toys, etc to the needy. Also the provision of temporary shelters for the homeless and the setting up of a counselling and recovery unit in strategic areas to help the poor, homeless and needy. This will provide guidance most of them need.

Our activities are based in Sierra Leone to fight against poverty and keeping the communities clean. In the UK we work with youths in the community, schools and homes, etc. We help them with their studies , going through termly syllabus, youths are geared towards good morals for better citizens. Periodic counselling sessions are held to help youths with issues like drug, mental behavioural conducts.

Volunteers

During the year ended 01 December, 2023 the charity relied a great deal on volunteers to perform a variety of tasks, accounting, writing bids, administration and management.

Christian Net International Community Church Independent Examiner's Report

for The Year Ended 01 December, 2023.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 01 December, 2023, which are set out on pages 4 to 7.

Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year, under Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

It is our responsibility to:

A. examine the accounts (under section 145 of the 2011 Act);

B. to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by Charity Commissioners(under 2011 Act); and

C. to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Basis of independent examiner's report

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.

The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.

Independent examiner's statement

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:

(1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements

(2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
