**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY BY PROVIDING, MAINTAINING AND MANAGING A DAY CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS AND OTHER LAWFUL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR SUCH PERSONS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** DAY CENTRE ACTIVITIESPhysical Activity Sessions Provided 5 Days per week. Wednesday Ladies Strength and Balance Exercises 1.45-2.45.Arts and Crafts  12.25-1.45pm.  Monday and Thursday Yoga Exercises for men 2pm/3pm. Tuesday Wellbeing & Health Activity. Thursday Films, Games, Music.   Day.Friday Men social time Refreshment and News Papers.
