**Objects:** TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND INDIVIDUALS AT SUCH TIME AND SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT, FOR THE WORLDWIDE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, PROTECTION, PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.

**Activities:** Provides humanitarian aid and assistance by responding to emergencies and empowering societies through education and training. The Foundation accepts donations from individuals and institutions within UK and international which are used to implement its humanitarian projects. HRF was first registered with the Charity Commission in 1995 (1043676), then became a company limited by guarantee in 2007.
