**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR VISITORS TO COLCHESTER, ESSEX AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING A SERVICE BY MEANS OF LOANING WHEELCHAIRS TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO HAVE MOBILITY PROBLEMS WHETHER PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY.

**Activities:** PROVIDING WHEELCHAIRS ON FREE SHORT-TERM LOAN TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC RESIDENT IN OUR AREA I.E. C.O. POSTCODE. A £40 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHICH CAN BE REFUNDED WHEN WHEELCHAIR IS RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITION.
