It is my responsibility to.. examine the a(￿Ounts under section 145 of Ihe Charities Act, lo follow the procedures laid dry4Yn in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5){b) of the Charities Act. and to state whether particular matters have CAxne to my attention.
