It is my responsibility to.. examine the a(Ounts under section 145 of Ihe Charities Act, lo follow the procedures laid dry4Yn in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5){b) of the Charities Act. and to state whether particular matters have CAxne to my attention. Basis of independent My examination was carried out in a¢xordance with general Directions given examlnefs statement by the Charity Commission. An examination indudes a review of the acuntIng records kept by the charty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
