The statements have been prepared in accordance with the statement of recommended practice for Accounting and Reporting by Charities. Constltution aud ob ject8 HOME SWEET HOME TRUST started its activity from l April 2022. Before that it was registered under the name of Guter Gram Madra8ha Trust constituted in October 2008 and Registered with Charity Commission since 7 October 2008 under a trust deed and registered Charity No: 1126191. HOME SWEET HOME TRUST is a Charity governed by its constitution and its obj ectives are: al To work for better provision for education to the disadvantage people of Bangladesh and built houses to the orphans, widows and other needy peoples . b) l.To relieve f inancial hardship, sickness and poor health amongst Bangladeshi needy young man, woman and elderly people. 2. To provide financial help to relief of sickness and prevention of health of the needy people of Bangladesh. c) To work for the eradication of poverty through international assisted programmes . OrganiBation The trustees named on page have served throughout the year. Appointment of trustees is governed by the Trust Deed of the Charity. The board of trustees are authorised to appoint new trustees to fill vacancies arriving through resignation or death of an existing trustee. Reserves and re8erves policy HOME SWEET HOME TRUST is committed to using its resources in pursuit of its charitable objects. It is also committed, however, to maintaining a level of reserves that LS prudent to meet ongoing liabilities, sufficient to ensure that all serwice delivery commitments can be met and to protect the long-term future of our operations. Ensure the availability of sufficient working funds in hand. Provide a breathing space in case of unexpected loss of income to ensure that services can be maintained,. and Provide sufficient funds for an orderly winding-down in the event of a need to cease actlVLty. The trustees review the situation on a regular basis and take itnmediate corrective action as and when necessary. Risk Statement The trustees have examined the major strategic, business and operational risks which the charity faces and confirms that systerns have been established to enable regular reports to be produced so that the necessary steps can be taken to lessen these risks.

Flnancial Inf ormatlon and future developments The donations are becoming dif f icult because of the persisting competition created by other similar charities. The trust, whilst continuing to struggle and work very hard in the United Kingdom to raise money. We have been requesting our Muslim community for making generous donations for facilitating all our activities mentioned above. We do still believe in equal opportunity and we therefore, support and help everybody without considering creed, colour or religion. The needs and problems of our community are different from the wider community, whilst day by day our work and demands are increasing, such as attending to family matters, VLSlting to Sick and elderly and bereaved families. Total incoming resources amounted to £31,771. we observed that there is a surplus of £14, 028 in the current year. Trustees. responsibilitles in relation to the f Inanclal 8tatement8 The Charities Act requires the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity for that period. In preparing those financial statements the Committee Members are required to: Select suitable accounting policies, apply them consistently and state them in the financial statements. state whether applicable accounting standards have been f ollowed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the f inancial statements,. and Indicate where the financial statements are prepared other than on the basis that the Trust is a going concern. The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper books of accounts with respect to the trust's transactions and its assets and liabilities for maintaining satisfactory system of internal control over the trust's books of accounts and transactions. PAGE 4 INDEPENDET EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF HOME SWEET HOME (CHARITY REG: 1126191) FOR THE YEAR E14DED 31 MARCH 2025 The Report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 March 2025, are set out on pages 6 to 8 which have been prepared on the basis of historic cost. Re3 ective reB on8ibllities of trustees and examiner The Charity, s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 144 (2) of the charities Act 2011) and that an independent examination is needed. It is our responsibility to: Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act. Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the charity commission under section 14515}b) of the 2011 Act,. and state whether particular matters have come to our attention. Ba81s of inde endent examiner. 8 statement Our examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records . It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a "true and fair view" and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
